Quick Switch

To quickly switch between applications that have window's displayed in the current workspace, hold down Control (or Alt if Control is your shortcut key) and briefly press Tab. Each Tab brings up the window for the "next" application. Note that this method doesn't switch between windows within the same application, nor does it unhide hidden windows.

Keep in mind that the Tab press must be brief--if you hold it down, Twitcher is launched.
