My G200 boots in greyscale

Situation:

My G200 Matrox card worked in other BeOS releases, but when I went to Release 4.5.x it only comes up in greyscale.

I can set my G200 to work in VESA mode to get color, but otherwise it reports it isn't supported. It's on the list!

We're investigating this, but can't get it to happen in our labs. It seems to happen most often on PCI based G200 cards.

Information we're collecting:

Please go to the support form and include:

• Open Terminal and type the following:
  poke
  pci

• The model name of the card (Millenium, Mystique, Marvel, etc.).
• Whether the card is an AGP or PCI card.
