    Has it been 3 days? We have been hit especially hard with support and service requests, and are doing all we can to keep up.

    If you wrote custsupport@be.com or used the form, did you get the autoreply? We have an automated reply that quotes your message back to you to let you know we got it. It also includes some references to our web site. If you did not get this, customer technical support did not get your request. This can be caused by anti-spam email addresses or typos in your email address, especially when using the web form. The autoreply should run continuously.
