- Flexible hours
- Understanding the needs and preferences of our employees, many
departments allow employees to work on varied schedules.
- Vacation Time
- All full time employees start with 10 days of vacation a year.
- Paid Holidays
- Be offers thirteen paid holidays to all employees in the United States,
including New Years, Easter (Good Friday), Memorial Day, Independence
Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Week.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- Be's ESPP allows participating employees to put up to 15% of their
earnings towards a discounted stock purchase bi-yearly.
- Stock Vesting
- Full time employees are able to receive an allocated amount of stock
over a typical four year vesting period.
- Medical
- Most inpatient services are paid in full at in-network centers, many
other services and out-of network care is available with low copayments.
- Dental
- Visits to a dentist, with no cost for basic exams and x-rays, and low
rates for extensive work and surgery.
- Vision
- Employees pay only a small copayment when having their eyes examined or
acquiring frames or lenses, contacts are partially covered.
- Chiropractic
- Employees pay a copayment of only $15 a visit, with up to 20 visits a
year, for in-network chiropractic care.
- Life Insurance
- Offered to full-time employees at a rate of one times annual earnings,
up to $100,000. Additional coverage beyond $100,000 is available at
the employee's expense via payroll deductions.
- Retirement Plan
- Be offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan, in which an employee may
invest up to 15% of their salary.
