Senior Technical Writer Needed in Menlo Park, California Group: Software: Documentation Type: Full-Time Job ID: 00065 Description We are looking for an experienced technical writer to document the BeOS development environment tools (IDE, compiler, debugger, profiler, etc), and to help design and document the C++ and JavaScript APIs for BeIA and BeOS. Responsibilities Most of the documentation that you will produce will be based on direct reading of source code (C/C++, JavaScript, shell scripts). In some cases you will be invited to help design or at least comment on the architecture of new systems, with an eye for reasonable and consistent API names. Requirements Seven years technical writing experience and fluency in C++ required. Familiarity with and previous use of development tools is expected.
